• Completed consultations: Payments for consultations that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Refund eligibility will depend on the booking terms and whether preparation or service delivery has begun.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments without prior notice are generally not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by Ramal Astrology: If we cancel a confirmed consultation and cannot arrange a mutually acceptable alternative, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that consultation.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability and must be submitted in advance.

2. Course Fees and Enrolments

• Confirmed enrolments: Course fees are generally non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed and course access, live sessions, recordings, or study materials have been provided.
• Before the course begins: Cancellation requests submitted before the course starts may be reviewed according to the specific course terms communicated at the time of registration.
• Online courses: Once access to recorded lessons or downloadable learning materials has been provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved under this policy.
• Live courses and workshops: If a course or workshop is cancelled by us and no suitable replacement date or alternative arrangement is available, eligible participants will receive a refund of the amount paid.
• Rescheduling: Requests to move to another batch or session may be considered depending on availability and the terms of the particular programme.

3. Books and Educational Materials

• Digital books and downloadable materials: Purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or access has been provided.
• Physical books and course kits: Returns or refunds may be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered.
• Incorrect or incomplete orders: Please contact us promptly after receiving your order, providing your order details and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

After verification, duplicate payments will be refunded where applicable. The valid amount for the original order will be retained.
